管得好寬！正義魔人質問「員警怎麼能穿制服買飯」拍照公審！新北警方「先擔心你的雞腿吧」霸氣神回被讚爆

如果你在買飯時看到員警、郵差等公務人員穿著制服買東西吃，你會有什麼感覺呢？先前就有民眾連員警「穿制服」去買飯都要批評！但Po文一出網友們不但一面倒力挺員警，新北市員警也幽默回應，與其注意員警配槍，「不如多注意自己的雞腿會不會被突襲夾走。」

一位臺北市員警在自助餐店頭戴安全帽、身穿員警制服、腰間配槍挾菜，竟被網友拍下，上網公審道：「我可以體諒員警的工作辛苦、我可以體會輪班的辛勞，但是去買便當，個人真的覺得不是那麼合宜。先撇開是否為執勤中，執勤中可以買便當？非執勤中可以帶槍？」

這篇文章立刻引起其他人的反彈，怒批說：「為什麼不行？！」、「員警是人又不是機器，肚子餓買飯吃也礙到你？」、「員警帶槍是維護治安，槍不離身更是基本守則」、「你上班都可以中午去買便當了，員警上班時間為何不能去買午餐？」、「所以你就是那個講說吃子彈就會飽的？」

事實上，過去就是因為有許多「正義魔人」任意檢舉，許多身穿制服的公職人員不但無法在正常時刻用餐，還得「避開人耳目」，默默蹲在路邊吃飯。

為了照顧員警的健康，其實NPA署長室早就在一年多前公告，員警可以穿制服購餐，「我們希望同仁在公務繁忙後，不再因為勤務擔誤用餐，連最基本的生活、飲食需求都成困擾。所以我們業已律定勤中及勤餘開放同仁能夠制服購餐，當然同時也請同仁注意隨時收聽勤指中心所派遣之任務，以及購餐時的自身與械彈安全，也相信員警入內購餐的餐館，因為有你們的專業，能得到最直接的安全保障。」

「新北警好讚」也補充說，員警只要顧好槍，例如不要把槍解下直接放在餐桌上，就可以穿制服用餐，並幽默回應道：「另外警用槍套內建有防搶扣環，並不是你從後面想直接拔就能順利拔得起來，與其擔心買便當的員警槍枝安全，不如多注意自己便當上的雞腿會不會被旁人突襲夾走。」

希望台灣能少一點這種正義魔人，不然這些辛苦執行公務的員警們實在活得很辛苦啊…
