食材:木薯澱粉、綠豆、冰糖、蜂蜜

做法:
1) 100g木薯澱粉➕50g開水,筷子攪拌成絮狀,溫度不燙手了,用手揉成長條切小塊.
2) 切好的小塊撒點乾粉滾一下,防止切面粘連.
3) 燒一鍋開水把切好的面塊放進去煮到浮起,撈出過涼水.
4) 綠豆➕冰糖和水煮熟.
5) 煮好的阿達子和綠豆➕蜂蜜水攪勻即可.
