食材:
麵糰:
300g麵粉
3g白糖
3g酵母
5g玉米油
170g溫水
油酥:
15g麵粉
5g椒鹽
25g玉米油
芝麻適量

步驟:
1) 300g麵粉加3g白糖3個酵母拌勻,然後加170g溫水攪拌成絮狀,再加5g玉米油揉成麵糰醒發1小時
2) 醒發的時間調油酥:15g麵粉5g椒鹽25g玉米油拌勻
3) 發酵好的麵糰擀成長方形面片均勻塗抹油酥,在從下往上向上捲起,切成均勻的小劑子收口收緊
4) 小劑子收口後光滑的一面沾點水在沾上熟白芝麻
5) 平底鍋刷油,放入小餅,煎至兩面金黃
外酥里軟,在加上芝麻的香簡直絕了,非常好吃都去試試
